Refund policy

At Sumié by Leora Exclusive Private Limited, returns/replacement on any products are accepted only within the first 10 days of delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. Products purchased using discount codes, offers, or coupons are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be in prime condition, unused, and without any visible wear.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, certificates, and supporting documentation.

  • Any missing item, visible wear, or tampering may result in the return being declined.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone.

  2. Provide order details along with images/videos of the product, if requested.

  3. Upon approval, ship the product back to us to initiate your replacement or refund.

Refunds & Replacements

After inspection and confirmation of the product, customers may choose:

  • A full refund (via net bank transfer), or

  • A full store credit of the same amount, or

  • A replacement, subject to availability.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
